Website Not Converting
People arrive and leave. The site is not ugly. The offer is unclear, trust is thin, or the next step is buried. We find which one is blocking the lead.
Four leaks
Why traffic does not become a lead
- Offer is vague
- The visitor cannot tell what you sell, for whom, or what happens next.
- No proof
- Nothing on the page shows you have done this before for someone like them.
- Too many choices
- Three equal buttons, five services, no primary action.
- Form is the dead end
- The path exists, but it is long, broken, or asks for too much.
What we check
Six places conversion dies
Indexing is fine. People are on the page. The leak is between arrival and the inquiry.
- 01
First screen
We look for
Offer, audience, and one action on the first screen. Not a tagline.
The decision happens before the scroll. If the first screen is a slogan and a stock image, the visitor has no reason to stay. We check whether the offer, the audience, and one action are visible without scrolling.
- 02
Offer specificity
We look for
A sentence a visitor can repeat: what you do, for whom, what they get.
“We help businesses grow” converts no one. The page has to say what you do, for which kind of client, and what the result looks like. Generic copy makes the visitor keep comparing.
- 03
Proof
We look for
Proof on the page, not a promise. Who you have done this for, or how the work actually goes.
People do not inquire from a page that could belong to any company in the category. We look for one concrete detail: a result, a client type, a place, a process step a competitor would not copy.
- 04
One path
We look for
One primary action. Everything else is secondary.
Equal buttons split the click. A primary action and a secondary one is enough. Five services with five “learn more” links send the person back to deciding instead of acting.
- 05
Friction
We look for
A short form, a clickable phone, the action reachable in one tap.
A form with twelve fields, a phone that is not clickable, a contact page two clicks away. Each extra step loses people who were already ready. We check the shortest path from intent to inquiry on mobile.
- 06
Match to the click
We look for
The page answers the same query or ad that sent the person.
The ad or the search result promised one thing. The page opens on another. That gap is read as a bait. We check whether the page continues the sentence the visitor already started.
More traffic will not fix this
If people already arrive and do not inquire, ads and SEO add cost, not leads. The page is the bottleneck.
A redesign can help, but only if it changes the offer, the proof, and the path. A new font on the same vague copy converts the same.
Start with the free audit. We review offer clarity, the visitor journey, lead capture, and whether the page matches the queries that send people. No site access, no payment.

Questions
Before you redesign
I have traffic. Why no inquiries?
Usually the offer is unclear, there is no proof, or the contact path is weak. Traffic is not the problem.
Will a redesign fix conversion?
Only if it changes the message and the path. A visual refresh of the same copy will not.
Is this different from “no leads”?
Yes. No leads can mean no traffic. Not converting means people arrive and do not act.
Can you tell without analytics access?
Yes for the free audit. The public page shows the offer, the proof, and the path.
Should I run ads to test it?
Not until the page can convert the traffic you already have. Ads will amplify the leak.
