Kohl Digital provides business-first website development, website redesign, SEO foundations, AI search optimization, website audits, and ongoing website care and growth support for small and mid-sized businesses.
The website may describe free audit options, paid audit options, redesign work, SEO/GEO work, and ongoing support. Website descriptions are informational and do not guarantee that we will accept every project, deliver a specific result, or provide services on a particular timeline.
Free website audit requests
A free website audit request lets you ask us to review basic public-facing website issues such as offer clarity, visitor journey, content structure, SEO basics, AI-search readiness, and conversion friction. A free audit:
- Does not require payment or website access
- Is not a full technical, legal, security, accessibility, or compliance audit
- Does not create a paid client relationship by itself
- May be limited, declined, or delayed at our discretion
- May result in recommendations for paid services
You are responsible for providing accurate information and confirming that you have the right to submit the website URL and business information you provide.
Paid services and separate agreements
Paid work is governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order form, invoice, master services agreement, or other written agreement accepted by both sides. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement controls for that paid engagement.
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, fees, payment timing, deliverables, revisions, access requirements, third-party costs, cancellation rights, and ownership of final deliverables will be defined in the paid engagement documents.
No guaranteed rankings, traffic, revenue, or AI visibility
We work to improve clarity, structure, design, SEO foundations, technical quality, and AI-search readiness. However, search engines, AI answer systems, social platforms, ad platforms, market conditions, competitors, algorithms, user behavior, and your own business operations are outside our control.
We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, leads, sales, revenue, ad performance, AI citations, or any other specific business outcome.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you will:
- Provide accurate, lawful, and non-misleading information
- Have the rights needed to provide business content, website access, brand assets, analytics data, and other materials
- Not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, regulated data, or confidential third-party information through public website forms
- Review deliverables, recommendations, and content for factual, legal, regulatory, industry, and business accuracy before use
- Comply with laws that apply to your business, website, marketing, privacy, accessibility, claims, products, and services
Communications
By submitting a form or contacting us, you authorize us to respond using the contact details you provide. Service-related messages may include audit responses, scheduling, project questions, quotes, administrative notices, and follow-ups related to your request. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, layouts, text, graphics, code, and other materials on kohl.digital are owned by Kohl Digital or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
