Website Audit
A full read of the site: offer, path, SEO, and whether AI search can cite you. You get a punch list of what is leaking and what to do first. Not a 40-page PDF.
What you get
A diagnosis, not a proposal
- Where it leaks
- Offer, journey, indexing, or the contact path. Named, not guessed.
- What to do first
- Fix, restructure, or rebuild. Ordered by what is actually losing leads.
- Search and AI
- Indexed or not, query match, and whether an answer engine can cite the page.
- A scope you can use
- Enough to brief us or someone else. No retainer required to read it.
What we review
Six layers of the audit
The free audit is the surface. This is the full pass: structure, search, and the path from visit to inquiry.
- 01
Offer and first screen
You get
What the first screen must say. What to cut.
Can a visitor tell what you sell, for whom, and what happens next without scrolling. We mark where the page is a slogan instead of an offer, and what the first screen has to say.
- 02
Visitor path
You get
The step where leads drop, and the shorter path.
From landing to inquiry. Where the person hesitates, where buttons compete, where the form asks for too much. We trace the decision, not the sitemap graphic.
- 03
Page structure
You get
Which pages should exist. Which URLs to keep.
Whether service offers have their own URLs, or everything sits on the homepage. A site that cannot hold a service page cannot rank or convert for that service.
- 04
Technical SEO
You get
Indexed or blocked, and the technical fixes in order.
Index status, titles, canonicals, sitemap, speed, mobile. We check Search Console signals where you can share them, and the public site where you cannot.
- 05
Content and queries
You get
Pages to rewrite, and the query each one should own.
Whether titles and copy match the searches that hire you. Brand language that never appears in a query is flagged. We name the pages that should be rewritten, not “improve SEO.”
- 06
AI search readiness
You get
What is missing for ChatGPT and AI Overviews to cite you.
Can a bot quote the offer. Are questions answered in text. Do facts match across the site. This is the GEO pass: citable or not.
Not a slide deck
You get a punch list: what is leaking, what to do first, and whether that is a fix, a content pass, or a rebuild. Not forty pages of screenshots and a retainer tucked at the end.
The free audit is the short version, from the public site. This one goes further: structure, queries, technical SEO, and AI readiness. You can act on it with us or without us.

Questions
Before you order the audit
How is this different from the free audit?
The free audit is a surface read of the public site. This one covers structure, queries, technical SEO, and AI readiness, and ends in a prioritized punch list.
Do you need access to my site?
Not to start. Search Console access helps on the technical pass. We say what we need before we ask for it.
Will you just recommend a rebuild?
No. The output is fix, restructure, or rebuild, based on the site. A rebuild is not the default.
Can I use the audit with another team?
Yes. It is a scope, not a lock-in. You can brief us or someone else.
What do I walk away with?
A punch list: what is leaking, in what order to fix it, and which of our services — or none — matches the work.
